Job Description

OUTLET MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily outlet operations and staff.
  • Ensure sales targets, billing accuracy and customer service.
  • Monitor stock, shortages, expiry, wastage and replacements.
  • Ensure product quality, hygiene and outlet cleanliness.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
  • Manage online, takeaway, dine-in and special orders.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
  • Check maintenance issues and coordinate with management.
  • Submit daily sales, stock and issue reports.

Accountability: Overall outlet performance, staff management and smooth daily operations.
