Job Description

Position: Operations & Admin Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: Jaipur

Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Admin Executive who can efficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with teams, maintain records, and support operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Canva and presentations, and be comfortable traveling for official work when required.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative and operational activities.
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, and documents.
  • Design basic creatives, notices, and company communication materials using Canva.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Maintain records, databases, and documentation systematically.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing MOMs, and following up on action items.
  • Handle office inventory, stationery, and administrative requirements.
  • Support HR, Accounts, and Operations teams in routine activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of office processes and compliance requirements.
  • Visit sites, vendors, or clients as and when required.
  • Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

✅ Proficiency in Canva for creating presentations and basic designs.

✅ Strong Presentation Preparation Skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides).

✅ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

✅ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

✅ Must own a Laptop.

✅ Must have a Two-Wheeler/Vehicle for local travel.

✅ Good coordination and follow-up skills.

✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
