Operation Executive

Manage the day-to-day operations of NoCap Foods, ensuring smooth order processing, packaging, inventory management, production coordination and timely dispatch.

• Process and manage orders across all sales channels.
• Supervise packaging and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain inventory and stock records.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for production.
• Manage dispatches and courier partners.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Verify product quality, labels, batch codes and expiry dates.
• Prepare daily operational reports and updates.
