Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations & Systems Manager to manage daily operations, backend processes, CRM platforms, reporting, and business software. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and operational knowledge, with experience using business tools and automating processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and administrative activities.
• Monitor and maintain CRM, ERP, and HRMS platforms.
• Generate MIS reports and operational dashboards.
• Manage and troubleshoot call center software, IVR systems, and agent setups.
• Handle Email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaign platforms.
• Provide support for business tools and software issues.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for integrations and access management.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Required Skills

• Experience with CRM, ERP, and HRMS systems.
• Good knowledge of MIS reporting and MS Excel.
• Understanding of call center software and marketing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
