Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
- Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of MIS data.
- Coordinate with various departments for data collection and report preparation.
- Identify data discrepancies and maintain proper records.
- Automate and improve reporting processes wherever possible.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and Excel Dashboards.
- Knowledge of Power Query / basic Excel automation will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
