Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to manage product development, order coordination, production follow-up, and communication between clients, design, production, and other internal teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the complete merchandising process from order receipt to final dispatch.
• Coordinate with buyers/clients regarding orders, requirements, samples, and timelines.
• Coordinate with design, production, sampling, purchase, and quality teams.
• Follow up on production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing, production plans, and other merchandising reports.
• Check product specifications, fabrics, colors, sizes, measurements, and quality requirements.
• Track samples and approvals from buyers.
• Monitor order status and resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure products are delivered according to buyer requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain proper records of orders, samples, approvals, and production updates.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of garments and ethnic wear.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Good understanding of fabrics, measurements, sampling, and production processes.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
