About the Role

A leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote its pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Promote pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Conduct regular doctor visits as per the daily call plan.

Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Organize doctor meetings, CMEs, and product awareness activities.

Submit daily call reports and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, BBA, or any graduate).

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative or in Pharmaceutical Sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
