Medical Representative (MR)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
2. Meet doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics as per the assigned territory.
3. Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
6. Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions.
7. Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
8. Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
9. Ensure timely reporting of daily calls, expenses, and sales activities.
10. Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
