Position Overview
Job Title: Marketing Manager – Fine/Fashion Jewelry
Reports To: Director of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer

Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead the brand positioning and integrated marketing strategies for our core jewelry collections. You will build brand awareness, drive customer engagement in the premium/luxury segment, and manage multi-channel campaigns that elevate our market presence. [1, 2]
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and seasonal campaigns aligning with business objectives and product launches.
- Lead storytelling and communication strategies to differentiate the brand in a competitive luxury or fashion market.
- Manage ATL (Above-The-Line) campaigns—print, TV, and outdoor—as well as BTL (Below-The-Line) in-store events, trunk shows, and exhibitions. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, paid social (Meta, Instagram), email marketing, and SMS outreach.
- Manage influencer collaborations, PR partnerships, and ambassador programs tailored for luxury and lifestyle products.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and ROI to continuously optimize campaigns and report on KPIs. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Retail & Product Marketing
- Coordinate with product and merchandising teams to ensure visual merchandising, packaging, and store displays align with marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute VIP client events and exclusive previews to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty.
- Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity, and regional jewelry preferences to identify growth opportunities. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally in the jewelry, luxury, or high-fashion sectors.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and luxury brand behavior.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, excellent visual aesthetic, and strong communication and vendor management capabilities. [1, 2, 3, 4]
