Digital Marketing Manager – Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end digital acquisition and lead nurturing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, optimizing campaign performance, managing marketing automation, and ensuring seamless integration between advertising platforms, CRM systems, and communication channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Lead-to-Sale Conversion.
  • Develop landing page strategies and coordinate with design/content teams to improve conversion rates.

Google Ads & Meta Ads Management

  • Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, Video, and Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.

Influencer Marketing Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers relevant to the target audience.
  • Negotiate collaborations and monitor campaign deliverables.
  • Track influencer campaign performance and measure lead generation impact.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and industry influencers.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Manage CRM systems and ensure seamless integration between advertising platforms, websites, WhatsApp, and lead management tools.
  • Design and implement automated lead nurturing journeys, drip campaigns, and follow-up sequences.
  • Segment leads based on behavior, interests, demographics, and engagement levels.
  • Monitor lead movement through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates at every stage.

WhatsApp Communication & Lead Nurturing

  • Integrate WhatsApp Business/API platforms with CRM and marketing systems.
  • Create automated chatbot flows, qualification journeys, and follow-up sequences.
  • Develop personalized communication strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure timely lead responses and optimize customer communication workflows.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
  • Required SkillsStrong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp automation, chatbot workflows, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Preferred Experience3+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
  • Experience in real estate, industrial plots, infrastructure, or high-ticket sales industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and customer journey automation.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and improving conversion rates.
