Job Description
🚀 Hiring – US Voice Process We are looking for a result-oriented Telesales Executive with strong communication and sales skills to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and track lead follow-ups, conversions, and performance.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and customer retention goals.
- Requirements2+ years of experience in Telesales or B2B Sales.
- Experience in a US Voice Process will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and closing abilities.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Target-driven, confident, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
