• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all incoming IndiaMART leads promptly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines, products, and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into orders.
• Maintain complete lead updates in the CRM on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high lead conversion rates.
• Requirements1–3 years of Inside Sales or Tele Sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups.
• Experience in handling IndiaMART or B2B inquiry platforms will be preferred.
