Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead learning & development, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce metrics, and support business strategy.
- Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership/managerial experience.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Strong Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and drive HR initiatives with professionalism.
