Location: Murlipura, Jaipur (Work From Office)

PositionHR Executive

• Experience6 Months – 1 Year
• Candidates with hands-on recruitment experience will be preferred.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Candidate sourcing through multiple hiring channels (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Groups, Employee Referrals, etc.)
• Resume screening and interview scheduling
• Candidate follow-ups and interview coordination
• Employee onboarding and HR documentation
• Maintaining recruitment reports and hiring database
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of recruitment and hiring
• Hands-on experience with multiple candidate sourcing platforms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email & Internet)
• Ability to close positions within deadlines
• Preferred CandidateExperience in the Chemical/Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
