Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive
Company: Legalnova Technologies Private Limited
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and follow up with candidates.
- Negotiate salaries, release offer letters, and ensure successful joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
