About the Role-: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible HR & Admin Executive who can independently handle recruitment, employee management, office administration, attendance, documentation, and daily operational coordination.

This is a multitasking role requiring excellent communication, discipline, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resource (HR)


  • Recruitment & Hiring


  • Post job vacancies on various hiring portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule face-to-face interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Complete joining formalities of selected candidates.
  • Maintain a recruitment tracker and hiring reports.
  • Build a database of potential candidates for future hiring.


  • Employee Onboarding
  • Prepare appointment letters and joining documents.
  • Collect and verify employee documents.
  • Maintain employee personnel files.
  • Explain company policies, rules, and work culture.
  • Conduct induction for new employees.


  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Maintain daily attendance records.
  • Manage leave applications.
  • Monitor employee punctuality.
  • Prepare attendance reports.
  • Coordinate overtime records.


  • Employee Records
  • Maintain employee database.
  • Update employee information regularly.
  • Manage resignations, exit formalities, and full & final documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee records.


  • Performance & Discipline
  • Monitor employee performance and behavior.
  • Issue warning letters whenever required.
  • Maintain disciplinary records.
  • Assist management in implementing HR policies.
  • Resolve employee concerns professionally.



  • Administration Responsibilities


  • Office Administration
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain office discipline and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
  • Monitor office assets and equipment.


  • Stationery & Office Supplies
  • Maintain stock of office stationery.
  • Purchase office supplies as required.
  • Maintain issue records.


  • Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Handle office maintenance work.
  • Follow up on AMC and repair work.

  • Maintain HR and office files.
  • Organize digital records.
  • Prepare reports and official documents.


  • Coordination
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Warehouse, Purchase, Inventory, and Management departments.
  • Follow up on pending tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative activities.
