Hardware & Network Field Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues at client locations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform network cable laying, crimping, and structured cabling as required.
• Provide on-site technical support and preventive maintenance.
• Configure operating systems, drivers, antivirus, and essential software.
• Perform system upgrades, hardware replacements, and data backup/recovery.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely issue resolution and service completion.
• Prepare service reports and maintain documentation of assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety procedures.
• Travel to client sites in jaipur for installation, maintenance, and support activities.
