As a Gold Loan Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored loan solutions against gold. Your role will involve promoting and cross-selling our gold loan products, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of our Loans Against Gold business.

• Build and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
• Promote and market our gold loan products to potential customers, explaining the benefits and features.
• Cross-sell other bank products and services to existing customers, maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Process gold loan applications efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving queries promptly.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to enhance our product offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for gold loan campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct market research and identify potential new business opportunities for gold loans.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on gold loan business performance and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Knowledge of gold loan products, their features, and the gold loan market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events and conferences.
