Full Stack Web Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer – Web & Mobile who can independently handle the complete development, maintenance, and management of our web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Web Development, Mobile App Development, Backend Development, API Integration, Database Management, Deployment, and Troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for developing new applications as well as maintaining and improving existing websites and mobile apps.

key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve responsive websites and mobile applications.
• Develop and manage Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Work on both frontend and backend development.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
• Integrate payment gateways, Firebase, authentication systems, notifications, and other third-party services.
• Manage databases and ensure proper data handling and security.
• Fix bugs, technical issues, crashes, and performance-related problems.
• Handle application testing, debugging, optimization, and regular updates.
• Manage app builds and deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Handle website deployment, hosting, domains, SSL, and basic server-related tasks.
• Maintain and update existing websites and applications as required.
• Ensure applications are secure, stable, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and maintain clean, organized code.
• Work closely with management to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Suggest the best technical approach, technologies, and solutions for new projects.
• Take ownership of projects from development to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Guide, review, and coordinate with junior developers when required.
• Manage development tasks and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Stay updated with modern web and mobile development technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Full Stack Web Development.
• Strong experience in Mobile App Development.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with React.js / Next.js or similar modern frontend technologies.
• Experience with Flutter / React Native or native Android/iOS development.
• Good knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js / PHP or similar.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with Firebase and third-party SDK integrations.
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment.
• Basic knowledge of website hosting, servers, SSL, domains, and deployment.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of website and application security, performance, and optimization.
• Additional RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Candidate should be able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Should have good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Should be capable of guiding and managing junior developers.
• Should be able to understand business requirements and provide practical technical suggestions.
• Candidates with experience managing complete projects from development to deployment and maintenance will be preferred.
