Front Desk & Operations Executive — Mini (Coworking & Podcast Studio), Shyam Nagar

We're a new premium coworking space with a podcast/recording studio, launching soon in Shyam Nagar, Jaipur. We're looking for a warm, organised, presentable person to be the face of the space and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Greet members and guests, give tours, and handle front-desk enquiries
• Onboard new members and manage day-to-day admin and records
• Coordinate meeting-room and podcast-studio bookings
• Manage the pantry, opening/closing, deliveries, and supplies
• Coordinate with the housekeeping team to keep the space spotless
• Capture photos/short videos for our Instagram
• Support the owner with daily operations

You're a good fit if you:

• Are friendly, well-presented, and enjoy meeting people
• Are organised and reliable
• Speak good Hindi and working English
• Know computer basics (email, WhatsApp, MS Office/Google)
• Have front-desk, hotel, café, or customer-service experience (a plus, not required)

Timing: Full-time. Freshers welcome.

Location: Shyam Nagar, Jaipur.
