Front Desk Manager

Experience Required:5–10 years in hotel operations, with at least 2–3 years as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or Front Office Manager in a 2-star, 3-star, or business hotel.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, maintain high operational standards, optimize occupancy and revenue, and effectively manage hotel staff while ensuring profitability.

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for front office operations, housekeeping, food & beverage coordination (if applicable), maintenance, staff management, guest satisfaction, statutory compliance, and overall business performance.
