Job Description
- Assist in product development and formulation for healthy snack products
- Conduct research on ingredients, nutrition, shelf life, and food trends
- Support trials for new flavors, textures, and product concepts
- Help maintain product quality and consistency during production
- Assist in documentation related to formulations, specifications, and testing
- Coordinate with manufacturing and operations teams during product trials
- Research food regulations, ingredient compliance, and labeling requirements
- Participate in sensory evaluation and feedback analysis for product improvement
