Field Sales Executive

About the RolePaytm is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand its merchant network across Jaipur. The role involves acquiring new merchants, promoting Paytm's payment and financial solutions, and building long-term business relationships to drive revenue growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new merchants in the assigned territory.
• Promote and onboard merchants for Paytm QR, Soundbox, POS machines, and other Paytm for Business products.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and market mapping.
• Educate merchants about Paytm's products, offers, and digital payment solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM or company applications.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company processes.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred (12th pass with relevant sales experience may also be considered).
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Experience in fintech, banking, telecom, FMCG, or payment solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to travel extensively within Jaipur.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
