Job Description

Favcore को जयपुर के स्थानीय मार्केट में किराना स्टोर, रेस्टोरेंट/बेकरी, कपड़ों की दुकान, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और अन्य रिटेल दुकानदारों को डिजिटाइज करने के लिए Field Sales Officers की जरूरत है।

आपका काम बहुत सरल है: आपको रोजाना मार्केट में जाकर दुकानदारों को Fav Vendor App बिल्कुल FREE में डाउनलोड करवानी है और उनसे GST/फूड लाइसेंस की बेसिक जानकारी लेकर लीड्स क्रिएट करनी है।

Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां):

Free Vendor Onboarding: रोज कम से कम 20 स्थानीय दुकानदारों (किराना, फूड वेंडर, कपड़े, बेकरी आदि) से उनकी दुकान पर जाकर Fav Vendor App फ्री में डाउनलोड करवाना।

Basic Registration: ऐप में दुकानदार का नाम, दुकान का नाम, मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल भरकर रजिस्ट्रेशन पूरा करना।

Form Filling & Lead Generation: ऐप ऑनबोर्डिंग के बाद एक छोटा सा फॉर्म भरना कि दुकानदार के पास GST या Food License (FSSAI) है या नहीं।

Compliance Sales:

जिनके पास लाइसेंस नहीं है, उन्हें GST/Food License रजिस्ट्रेशन पैकेज बेचना।

जिनके पास लाइसेंस है, उन्हें GSTR / ITR फाइलिंग पैकेज सेल करना।

Daily Reporting: रोजाना अपने टीम लीडर को ऑन-फील्ड रिपोर्टिंग और ऐप डाउनलोड्स का टारगेट सबमिट करना।

Requirements (कैंडिडेट में क्या होना चाहिए?):

Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Vehicle & Phone: खुद की Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooty) और Android Smartphone होना अनिवार्य है।

Communication: स्थानीय भाषा (हिंदी/राजस्थानी) में अच्छी और आत्मविश्वास से भरी बातचीत की कला।

Mindset: फील्ड में घूमकर काम करने की इच्छा और ज्यादा इंसेंटिव कमाने की भूख।
