Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutes, training centers, and partners
• Execute end-to-end project setup, training monitoring, and government compliance at institute level
• Oversee biometric/attendance system setup and ensure accurate student attendance recording
• Submit daily DSR and maintain proper project documentation and MIS reports

Key Skills Required

• Strong field sales, lead generation, and client conversion skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and documentation
• Willingness to travel Pan India — mandatory

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred)
• 1–2 Years of experience in Field Sales, Education Sales, or Project Execution
• Must own a bike | Male candidates only | Age: 18–35 years
