💼 Role OverviewWe are hiring Field Sales Executives to expand our business in building materials such as tiles, pipes, bathroom fittings, kitchen sinks, and related products. This role involves market visits, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Responsibilities

• Visit market regularly (dealers, contractors, plumbers, builders)
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and influencers
• Coordinate with internal team for billing and delivery
• Update daily reports using mobile-based systems

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in field sales (mandatory)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Must have own bike & valid driving license
• Basic smartphone usage required
