Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, dealers, and commercial clients.
- Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, quotations, and negotiations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop dealers/channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in B2B/field sales.
- Experience in lifts/elevators, construction, building materials, industrial products, or electricals preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good local market knowledge and willingness to travel.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
