Field Sales Executive – Elevators & Lifts

Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in our elevator division. You will scout construction sites, meet with builders or homeowners, and pitch our residential, commercial, or customized elevator solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Scout local territories to identify new, under-construction buildings, apartments, and villas.
• Meet key decision-makers including builders, architects, civil contractors, and individual property owners.
• Understand site readiness by checking basic shaft and structural space availability.
• Present elevator catalogs, explain technical features, and provide price quotations in coordination with our engineering team.
• Follow up and close contracts for new elevator installations, modernization, or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

Ensure milestone payments are collected smoothly according to the installation timeline. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate; a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical is a huge plus.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Field Sales. Experience in elevators, construction material, plumbing, tiles, or modular kitchens is highly preferred.
• Blueprints: Ability to read basic layout plans or dimension drawings is helpful.
• Assets: Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily local client visits.
• Language: Fluency in the local regional language and conversational English/Hindi. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).
• Allowances: Separate daily Petrol Allowance and mobile bill compensation.
