Field Sales Executive

A Field Sales representative drives revenue by acquiring new clients and promoting products outside the office within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include generating leads, meeting clients, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking within the local market.
• Product Presentation: Conduct engaging, in-person product demonstrations and needs assessments to effectively communicate the value of the product to customers.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing or contract terms, and finalize deals.
• Territory Management: Systematically cover a specific geographical region to maximize market reach and sales productivity.
• Customer Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track daily sales activities, maintain client databases, and report performance metrics and competitor feedback to management.
