Job Title: Relationship Associate (RA) – Field Sales & Store Management
Company: JSW Paint
Location: Jaipur, Jodhpur
Salary- 16kNTH+ DA/TA+ Mobile reimbursement+ PF+ Incentives
B2C Sales & Consultation: Provide expert guidance on JSW Paint products, colour consultation, and the painting process to end-users (B2C).
*CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS*
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in field sales or direct B2C sales.Assets: Must possess a functional two-wheeler (Bike) and a valid driving license.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language and a basic understanding of English.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset.
