Job Overview

We are hiring an energetic Field Recruiter to source and hire frontline talent for our BFSI clients. You will travel across Hyderabad to conduct mass hiring drives, build local networks, and source candidates for roles like sales executives, loan officers, and insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sourcing: Visit colleges, local markets, and employment exchanges to source active candidates.
• Mass Hiring: Organize and execute walk-in interviews and mega recruitment drives across Hyderabad.
• Client Coordination: Understand hiring mandates from banking and insurance clients to map the right talent.
• Screening: Conduct initial face-to-face formatting, checking communication skills and eligibility.
• Headhunting: Target competitor networks to source experienced frontline sales professionals.
• Database Management: Maintain daily trackers of field visits, candidate footprints, and interview attendance. [1]
• Team Handling: Should be able to handle a team of recruiters.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate (MBA or Post Graduation in HR is a plus).
• Experience: 1 to 4 years in field recruitment, mass hiring, or BFSI sales.
• Language: Fluent in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
