Job Title: Field Officer

Department: Operations / Field Operations

Job Summary:

The Field Officer is responsible for managing field activities, coordinating with customers/clients and field teams, collecting and verifying information, maintaining records, and ensuring that assigned operational targets are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits and inspections.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Collect, verify, and maintain field data and documentation.
• Monitor day-to-day field operations and resolve routine issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly field reports and submit them to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and achieve agreed targets.
• Identify field-level problems and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, activities, and expenses.
• Travel within the assigned area as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Prior field-sales, operations, survey, collection, or customer-service experience is an advantage.

Experience: 1–3 years, depending on the role.
