About the work

NationSetu is a local community networking app that helps active local people share their work and reach people in their own area. We're hiring freelance field executives to find such people in your area, show them the app, help them set it up, and support them for a few days until they're active on their own.

Who you'll reach out to

Locally active people — social workers, community volunteers, youth-group members, and young people doing on-ground work (drives, awareness, local causes).

What you'll do

• Research your area and make a list of active local people to contact
• Call/message/meet them and fix a time for a quick app demo
• Visit in person, show the app, and help them create and set up their profile
• Support them for a few days as they start posting and gaining local followers
• Update a daily Excel/Google Sheet report and stay in touch with the team

You must have

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication — comfortable meeting and talking to new people
• Fluent in the local language + good knowledge of your area
• A smartphone (two-wheeler preferred) and willingness to do field visits
• Reliability — see each person through, not just first contact
• Good to have: experience in field sales, telecalling, NGO/social work, or survey work; an existing local network; basic photo/content help.
• We provide: free training (app walkthrough + demo script), a ready report template, and a team contact for support.

Salary: ₹5,000 fixed/month + incentives. Fixed ₹10,000 covers minimum 20 successful onboardings a month. Earn ₹500 extra for every onboarding above 20 — do more, earn more (₹12,000+/month possible). Training provided. Flexible hours, work in your own area.
