About Us

Nagrik Today is growing media, news and broadcasting company We're running an in-store branding campaign for one of our QR code based product and are looking for energetic, reliable field agents to install danglers at targeted retail shops across Jaipur.

Role Overview

As a Field Agent, you will visit assigned targeted retail outlets, get the shopkeeper's permission, capture shop keeper's details in an app and put up our branded danglers in visible spots. You'll also capture photo proof of each installation and report your daily progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit the assigned list of shops/outlets in your area according to the daily route plan.
• Speak politely with shop owners, explain the campaign, and get their permission before installation.
• Install danglers neatly in high-visibility positions (near the counter, entrance, or product shelf).
• Take clear, geo-tagged photos of each installed dangler and upload them via app .
• Keep a daily record of shops visited, danglers installed, and shops that refused (with reason).
• Handle branding material carefully and account for all stock issued to you.
• Report any issues (shop closed, refusal, damaged material) to the supervisor on time.
• Meet daily/weekly installation targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: [10th / 12th pass].
• Good communication skills in [Hindi / local language]; basic English is a plus.
• Must own a smartphone with a working camera and internet.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
• Familiarity with local markets and areas in Jaipur
• Prior experience in field work, merchandising, sales, or BTL activities is an advantage but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome.
• Punctual, honest, and able to work outdoors for long hours.
