Job Description
Field Executive – Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely loan collections from customers
* Follow up on overdue and NPA accounts
* Visit customers for recovery as per schedule
* Maintain accurate collection records and receipts
* Achieve monthly collection targets
* Conduct customer visits & field verification
* Collect and submit required documents
* Maintain good customer relationships
* Coordinate with the Back Office team
* Follow company policies and submit daily collection reports on time
