Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their residence, workplace, or business location for collection of overdue payments.
- Follow up on pending EMIs, loan repayments, and outstanding dues.
- Negotiate payment commitments and settlement plans with customers.
- Maintain daily collection reports and update customer visit status in the system.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely deposit of collected amounts as per company policy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account updates.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Follow all company, legal, and compliance guidelines during collection activities.
