We are looking for a Female Customer Support Executive to join our garment and ethnic wear team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Assist customers with product details, sizing, fabric information, pricing, and order placement.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Track orders and update customers on delivery status.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on pending inquiries.
• Process exchanges and returns according to company policies.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Good English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email).
• Experience in customer support or the garment/retail industry is preferred.
• Polite, patient, and customer-focused personality.
