Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Research fashion trends, market demands, and customer preferences.

Develop seasonal collections, concepts, sketches, and technical specifications.

Create innovative designs aligned with the brand identity.

Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sampling teams for product development.

Select fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishments.

Review samples and ensure design quality and fit standards.

Guide and mentor junior designers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design.

5+ years of experience in fashion/apparel design.

Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fashion trends.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design software.

Excellent creativity, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Industry:

Women's Wear / Men's Wear / Kids Wear / Ethnic Wear / Fashion Apparel Manufacturing.
