JOB SUMMARY


We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Factory In-Charge to manage daily factory operations, production, manpower, safety, dispatch, maintenance, and warehouse coordination.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily factory operations & production as per targets and quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate labour/manpower, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
  • Ensure factory & warehouse safety, housekeeping, and safe material handling.
  • Coordinate product dispatch & delivery with transporters and concerned teams.
  • Monitor machinery/equipment and coordinate repair, maintenance & servicing.
  • Manage inventory and material movement between production, warehouse, and dispatch.
  • Maintain daily production, manpower, maintenance & operational reports.
  • Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
  • Support improvement in productivity, quality, efficiency & downtime reduction.
