• Job ResponsibilitiesCloud & Server ManagementMonitor and maintain Linux/Windows servers
• Support cloud infrastructure deployment and maintenance
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and resource utilization
• Coordinate with cloud service providers when required
• Software Installation & ConfigurationInstall and configure AI Video Analytics software
• Deploy Video Management Systems (VMS)
• Manage software updates, patches, and licensing
• Maintain deployment documentation
• Technical SupportProvide L1 technical support to customers and partners
• Troubleshoot software, networking, and hardware issues
• Escalate critical issues to senior technical teams
• Track and close support tickets
• CCTV & Network DeploymentConfigure IP Cameras, NVRs, DVRs, Switches, and Routers
• Setup VPN and remote connectivity solutions
• Assist in surveillance system deployment
• Perform system testing and validation
• Client Deployment SupportAssist with onsite and remote installations
• Configure demo environments for customer presentations
• Support implementation at client locations
• Ensure smooth project execution
• Documentation & TrainingCreate installation guides and technical documents
• Maintain issue logs and deployment records
• Support training and demo activities
• Required QualificationsEducationDiploma / B.Tech / B.E.
• Computer Science, IT, Electronics, ECE, Electrical, Networking, or related fields
• Experience0–3 Years Experience
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude can apply
