Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Executive Assistant to support management with daily administrative and office work.
- ResponsibilitiesManage calls, emails, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain daily schedules and calendars.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Arrange meetings and travel when required.
- Follow up on important tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain confidential company information.
- Provide general administrative support to management.
- RequirementsGood communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good time management and follow-up skills.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
