Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on generated leads.
- Explain the benefits of Demat & Trading accounts and equity investment opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and convert leads into active clients.
- Conduct field visits to meet individual clients and corporate prospects.
- Visit exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate offices, government departments, banks, and business establishments to generate new leads and open Demat accounts.
- Assist customers with KYC documentation, account opening forms, and activation processes.
- Promote Aditya Birla Capital's investment and wealth products as per company guidelines.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly account opening and sales targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead tracking, and sales updates in the prescribed format.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and timely account activation
