Job Responsibilities

Student Counselling

* Counsel students regarding Travel & Tourism courses.

* Understand student career goals and recommend suitable programs.

* Explain course details, fees, discounts, and admission process.

* Conduct follow-up calls and convert enquiries into admissions.

Office Administration

* Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

* Manage student registrations and admission documentation.

* Maintain student records and update CRM/Excel sheets.

* Prepare fee receipts, attendance records, and certificates.

* Coordinate class schedules and communicate with students.

* Support daily office operations and administrative activities.

Marketing Support

* Respond to social media and website enquiries.

* Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and career counselling sessions.

* Coordinate with the marketing team for admission campaigns.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident speaking in Hindi and basic English.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).

* Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.

* Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Freshers are encouraged to apply.

* Experience in counselling, education, customer service, front office, telecalling, or administration will be an added advantage.
