About Us:

E-Commerce Manager should have knowledge of online business, Marketplace, Bulk Listings and Promotions in Garment and Fashion.

• Website Management

• Listings and Promotions

• Sales and Marketing, analyzing data from market.

• Ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.

1. Marketplace Operations

• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content on Myntra and Nykaa Fashion, etc.
• Monitor order flow, returns, customer feedback, and seller ratings.
• Ensure timely product uploads, stock updates, and image/description accuracy.
• Run promotional campaigns and festive offers to increase sales visibility.
• Analyze marketplace sales data and develop strategies for growth.

2. Coordination & Cross-Functional Roles

• Work closely with:
• Sourcing Team: for product availability, pricing, and new collection planning.
• Social Media Team: for synchronizing website launches with influencer promotions.
• Sales & Retail Team: to connect online campaigns with store promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and support through digital platforms.

3. Product Strategy & Brand Presentation

• Develop and maintain category-wise sales strategy (Ethnic wear, Jewelry).
• Plan new collection launches aligned with festive seasons & marketing calendars.

Ensure visual and brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Graduate in Marketing / Business / E-commerce / Fashion Management.
• 2–4 years experience managing e-commerce operations for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Expertise in Shopify, Meta Ads, and Excel/Sheets.
• Knowledge of SEO, SMO, and PPC campaigns.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
