E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, catalog management, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces including Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, etc.

- Product listing, catalog creation, and listing optimization.

- Inventory management and stock updates across all platforms.

- Order processing, tracking, and coordination with warehouse/dispatch teams.

- Monitor product performance and ensure listings remain active and error-free.

- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.

- Handle pricing updates and competitor analysis.

- Manage product content including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.

- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.

- Monitor returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.

- Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports using Excel.

- Improve product visibility through SEO-friendly listing optimization.

- Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid stock-outs.

- Work closely with the marketing team for sales growth initiatives.

- Maintain marketplace compliance and seller performance metrics.

Skills Required

- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.

- Hands-on experience with Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, or similar platforms.

- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.

- Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment.

- Knowledge of marketplace promotions and advertising tools is preferred.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
