Job Responsibilities

✔ Manage customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries

✔ Create and track service tickets and follow up for closure

✔ Coordinate with customers, engineers, and service partners

✔ Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports

✔ Maintain customer and partner records

✔ Handle pending payment follow-ups

✔ Work on Amazon, Flipkart, GeM, IndiaMART, and other online portals

✔ Update Excel sheets, CRM, and company records

✔ Support daily back-office and operational activities

Skills Required✅ Good communication skills

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

✅ Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups

✅ Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, GeM, or E-commerce platforms is preferred

✅ Ability to multitask and work in a team

✅ Basic understanding of computers and IT products is an advantage
