Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive – Fresher to manage and support our online marketplace operations. The candidate will work on product listings, order processing, inventory updates, customer communication, and day-to-day management of platforms such as Etsy, eBay, , and other marketplaces.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and optimize product listings with titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, and product specifications.
• Manage products across Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Upload product images and ensure proper image quality, formatting, and categorization.
• Handle orders, shipping updates, tracking information, cancellations, and returns.
• Monitor inventory and update stock availability regularly.
• Respond to customer messages and queries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with the production, packaging, and shipping teams.
• Monitor marketplace performance, sales, views, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
• Assist with SEO and keyword research for product listings.
• Identify listing errors and ensure marketplace policies are followed.
• Prepare basic sales and order reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Stay updated with marketplace features, policies, and trends.
• RequirementsGraduate or pursuing graduation in any relevant field.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
• Good English writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsBasic knowledge of Etsy, eBay
• Knowledge of SEO, keywords, and product listing optimization.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Experience with Canva or basic image editing is a plus.
