E-Commerce Marketplace Manager

Manage Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and account health. Handle catalog creation, listing optimization, FBA/Seller Flex operations, order management, returns, reimbursements, claims, and marketplace escalations. Coordinate with warehouse, marketing agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and sales growth.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Amazon & Flipkart account management

• Strong knowledge of Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, FBA & Seller Flex

• Experience in listing creation, catalog management, and issue resolution

• Good Excel and reporting skills

• Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
