Job Description
Job Title: E-commerce Website Executive
Job Overview :- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Administrator & Product Manager to manage and update our eCommerce website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, updating website content, ensuring smooth functionality, and improving overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the website
- Ensure website is updated, functional, and user-friendly
- Monitor website performance and fix issues (broken links, errors, etc.)
Product Management
- Upload new products with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and categories
- Update existing product listings (pricing, stock, offers, bundles)
- Optimize product pages for SEO (keywords, titles, descriptions)
- Manage inventory updates and product availability
Content & Updates
- Update banners, homepage content, blogs, and promotional sections
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and seasonal offers
- Ensure brand consistency across all pages
Order & Backend Support
- Assist in managing backend orders and tracking updates
- Coordinate with logistics or customer support if required
- Generate reports on product performance and sales
Requirements
- Experience in managing eCommerce websites
- Familiarity with product listing and catalog management
- Good understanding of UI/UX basics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
