Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations and support clients in growing their online business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage e-commerce seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
• Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing, inventory, and order-related activities.
• Monitor account performance, sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.
• Coordinate with clients regarding account requirements, product information, inventory, and sales.
• Ensure timely resolution of marketplace issues and account-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams for cataloguing, designing, inventory, and order management.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product visibility, and marketplace trends.
• Support promotional campaigns and marketplace activities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure smooth account operations.
• Achieve assigned monthly performance and account-management targets.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or other marketplaces.
• Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.
• Previous experience in e-commerce account management will be an advantage.
